Welcome to the ASINDO MITRA NUSANTARA website (operating as "AMN Wholesale"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services offered by AMN Wholesale.

AMN Wholesale specializes in importing and distributing premium French products in Cambodia, serving both business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).

Business Clients (B2B): To become a business client, you must submit an application through our business portal. All applications are subject to review and approval by AMN Wholesale. We reserve the right to refuse service to any business at our sole discretion.

Individual Customers (B2C): Individual customers may register for an account through our customer portal. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify AMN Wholesale of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

AMN Wholesale reserves the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms or if we believe your account has been compromised.

AMN Wholesale does not process online payments. All payments are made upon delivery or through invoicing processes for approved business clients.

For B2B clients, upon delivery of products, you are required to verify that all items match the order and are in acceptable condition. After verification, you must sign the delivery invoice. This signature constitutes your acceptance of the products as delivered, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted after this point.

AMN Wholesale does not offer delivery for orders below our minimum value threshold. Please contact us for information about minimum order requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed through our website at our sole discretion, including in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity or identify a potential violation of these Terms.

AMN Wholesale makes every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and other attributes of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. AMN Wholesale reserves the right to limit the quantity of any products purchased.

Certain products, particularly alcoholic beverages and specialty food items, may be subject to additional regulations and import restrictions. AMN Wholesale complies with all applicable regulations for importing and distributing these products in Cambodia.

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AMN Wholesale or our content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content on our website without prior written permission from AMN Wholesale.

The AMN Wholesale name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ASINDO MITRA NUSANTARA or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

AMN Wholesale provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMN Wholesale disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

AMN Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use our services.

For B2B clients, after verification and signature of the delivery invoice, AMN Wholesale is not liable for any product issues, including damage, defects, or quality concerns that were not identified at the time of delivery.

AMN Wholesale is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemic restrictions, or government actions.

In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through arbitration before resorting to litigation. The arbitration shall take place in Cambodia and shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of Cambodia.

If arbitration is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cambodia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, including the E-Commerce Law of 2019 and the Consumer Protection Law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

AMN Wholesale reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
